Ever wonder what you can do during the day to make your body just a little happier? The answer is simple...stretch. Take 2-5 minute breaks (even taking one break is better than no breaks) to do some simple stretches at your desk. Think of it...your body when at a desk all day long is adapting to the desk and the task at hand - constricting muscles, typically overusing other muscles (resulting in that sometimes tight and/or burning sensation in the upper trapezius and neck), and weakness in others.
